What a source of pride for Esquel! Our neighbor Haydee Castro represented Patagonia at the Empanada World Championship in Buenos Aires. With a proposal highlighting local products and the identity of our land, she brought a piece of our flavors to the capital. It’s wonderful to see how the region’s gastronomy shines and connects us with the world.
