This weekend, Gualjaina will host its 9th Ancestral Gastronomic Gathering, a vibrant celebration of our region’s rich culinary heritage. Visitors can savor traditional Patagonian dishes like curanto, slow-cooked lamb, and unique Mapuche delicacies. It’s a wonderful chance to connect with local culture and taste the authentic flavors of the comarca. Communities from Trevelin, Esquel, and our surrounding villages will be participating in this traditional feast.
